Samantha Repass was Miss Delaware Teen USA 2020

A native of Lewes, Samantha Repass was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA on 17 November 2019 and represented Delaware at the Miss Teen USA 2020 pageant in Memphis, Tennessee. Samantha was the captain of her varsity volleyball team, and she is currently the captain of her cheerleading squad, where she has been named most valuable player for the last two years. Her involvement in sports and the management of several different teams over the years has taught Samantha the importance of leadership and responsibility.

2020 bio:

Miss Delaware Teen USA 2020 Samantha Repass is eighteen years old, and she lives in the small town of Lewes, Delaware. She is currently a senior at Worcester Preparatory School. Samantha’s strong emphasis on education is demonstrated in her rigorous course load including several AP and Honors courses. She is currently a member of the National Honors Society and National Spanish Honors Society. Since achieving high academic excellence is a priority, Samantha works hard to balance her studies with extracurricular activities. Samantha was the captain of her varsity volleyball team, and she is currently the captain of her cheerleading squad, where she has been named most valuable player for the last two years. Her involvement in sports and the management of several different teams over the years has taught Samantha the importance of leadership and responsibility. Not only is Samantha her class representative for the SGA, but she also carries a leadership role in the Environmental, Recycling, and Speakers for Students Clubs. Her continuous desire to volunteer and help members of her community has also helped Samantha achieve the Gold Presidential Leadership Award.

Samantha is excited to start a new chapter of her life in the fall where she plans to attend a college in the South. She looks forward to pursuing Business and Communications, and she hopes to also earn a Fashion Degree. Samantha hopes to accomplish many of her goals in college and become involved with many community service opportunities. She plans to establish her very own line of fashion, and she hopes to open a company that is designed to empower women and men of all ages.

Samantha is honored to be representing the state of Delaware as Miss Delaware Teen USA. She was overwhelmed with excitement after winning her title. She believes that her dedication to her studies, involvement in daily school activities, her volunteer work, and her overwhelming support of friends and family, have prepared her for the role of Miss Delaware Teen USA 2020. Samantha wants her voice to be heard on a larger scale,and she hopes to encourage and inspire young boys and girls in her community on the importance of education, dance, and healthy eating habits. Samantha wishes to become an outlet for the youth to ask her for help and to provide support. For them when needed. Working with the USO has also given Samantha the opportunity to serve and give back to the brave veterans. She plans to become more involved and advocate the importance of supporting the brave young and women who serve our country. She hopes to encourage the younger members of society to face hardships or judgments, and by doing so, limit bullying in schools around the state.
