1st runner-up 2024, 2nd runner-up 2023
A native of Middletown, Cali Williams was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA on 29 June 2025 and will represent the First State at Miss Teen USA 2025. Cali is a criminal justice student at Delaware Technical Community College and aims to join the Delaware State Police cadet program.
Cali Williams is an 18-year-old recent graduate of Middletown High School, where she excelled as a dedicated student-athlete and served as an ambassador for the Criminal Justice Pathway. Upon graduation, she was honored with the Excellence in Criminal Justice award and participated in several youth police academies, notably receiving a Leadership Award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This fall, Cali will attend Delaware Technical Community College to study criminal justice and pursue a paralegal certificate. Her long-term goal is to become a Delaware State Trooper and, ultimately, the first female Colonel of the Delaware State Police. As a passionate advocate for safety and child victim advocacy, she is currently collaborating with Christiana Care to develop statewide educational campaigns on human trafficking awareness for use in schools across Delaware. In addition to her commitment to public service, Cali is an avid reader and writer. She is a proud recipient of the National Gold Key Scholastic Writing Award and believes that literacy is essential for personal growth, professional development, and effective communication. Cali comes from a family that has called Delaware home for nearly 400 years, and she is deeply honored to represent her state at Miss Teen USA this fall.
