A native of Waunakee, Alexis Loomans was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA on 7 May 2023 and represented Wisconsin at the Miss USA 2023 pageant. Alexis is the first former Miss Wisconsin Teen USA to win the Miss Wisconsin USA title in five years. She is pursuing a degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin and is an ambassador for Jovani and Portia and Scarlett. Alexis is the girlfriend of Florida Quarterback Graham Mertz.
Miss Wisconsin USA 2023 Alexis Loomans has excelled in academics and athletics and got an early start as a young model which led her to be the face of Rachel Allan. She will graduate early from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Political Science which she plans to use to pursue her career in real estate. All these efforts are how she lives through her message which is to never let age determine one’s capabilities.
There has never been a lack of aspirations for this young woman. Children’s Catwalk for a Cause combines experience and expertise with a passion for aiding other children to conquer tough times. Kids Helping Kids is a program through the American Family Children’s Hospital providing an opportunity to not only give back but get the community involved. Alexis has done so by hosting fashion show fundraisers since before her reign as Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2018.
Alexis is extremely grateful to represent the great state of Wisconsin and plans to make tremendous efforts with her title throughout the year.

Alexis is a former Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2018. Three of the 2018 Future Productions Teens have now won Miss titles – Mackenzie Kern, Shania Knutson and Alexis.
