  • 2011 – Madeline Mitchell, 22, of Russellville, who later won the Mrs America 2015 title and who competed on Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls.
  • 2012 – Katherine Webb, 23, of Phenix City, a graduate of Auburn University who is married to former Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron.
  • 2013 – Mary Margaret McCord, 23, of Gadsden, who studied marketing at the University of Alabama and now works as a Robotic Medical Device Sales Rep.
  • 2014 – Jesica Ahlberg, 24, of Selma, who grew up in Florida and competed at Miss Florida Teen USA and Miss Florida USA before moving to Alabama.
  • 2015 – Madison Guthrie, 20, of Birmingham, who studied interior design and worked as a model and actress.

  • 2010 – Ashlyn Alongi, 16, of Huntsville, who went on to complete a medical degree at the University of Alabama and is now a resident doctor in New Orleans.
  • 2011 – Barron Rae Williams, 16, of Dadeville, who later graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Auburn and competed a number of times for the Miss Alabama USA title.
  • 2012 – Peyton Brown, 18, of Eufaula, an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society who went on to win Miss AL USA 2016
  • 2013 – Lorin Holcombe, 18, of Alexander City, a high school senior who now has a BS in Biology from Auburn and an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
  • 2014 – Baskin Champion, 19, of Birmingham, who has gone on to a successful modelling career
  • 2015 – Taylor Elliott, 18, of Trussville, a member of her high school’s varsity cross country team and event chair for The Service Association.
  • 2016 – Erin Snow, 18, of Gadsden, who was Vice-President of her high school’s Interact/Rotary Club.
  • 2017 – Claire Scott, 17, of Vestavia Hills, a high school junior with an avid interest in fashion and personal styling.
  • 2018 – Kennedy Cromeens, 17, of Birmingham, a senior at Oak Mountain High School who later graduated from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
  • 2019 – Kalin Burt, 19, of Tuscaloosa, a freshman at the University of Alabama during her reign who has now graduated with degrees in Spanish and Finance.
  • 2020 – Katie Watts, 16, of Mobile, the youngest AL Teen titleholder in a decade and the first from the Mobile area since 2008.
  • 2021 – Dailyn Swann, 18, of Greenville, who became a passionate advocate around immigration following the adoption of her two brothers from Honduras.
  • 2022 – AnnaLee Story, 19, of Auburn, a nursing student at Auburn University who co-owns an online clothing boutique with her twin sister.
  • 2023 – Kensey Collins, 15, of Spanish Fort, a freshman at Spanish Fort High School who is a member of her school’s cheerleading team.
