Miss Arizona USA

  • 2010 – Brittany Bell, 22, of Chandler, a former dancer for the Phoenix Suns and who later represented Guam at Miss Universe 2014.  She now has three children with Nick Cannon.
  • 2011 – Brittany Brannon, 22, of Paradise Valley, who won Arizona’s second Miss Photogenic award, their first since 1980.
  • 2012 – Erika Frantzve, 23, of Scottsdale, a former NCAA Women’s Basketball Athlete for Regis University who is married to Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point Church.
  • 2013 – Rachel Massie, 20, of Paradise Valley, a model and certified laser technician who was pursuing a business degree.
  • 2014 – Jordan Wessel, 20, of Ahwatukee.  After battling a serious health condition, she became an advocate for fitness and nutrition.
  • 2015 – Maureen Montagne, 22, of Chandler, who went on to win the Miss Globe international title representing the Philippines.
  • 2016 – Chelsea Myers, 20, of Tempe, who studied Fashion Merchandising and has worked as a model.
  • 2017 – Tommy Lynn Calhoun, 26, the first Tucson resident to win in 20 years.
  • 2018 – Nicole Smith, 24, of Phoenix, a makeup artist and photographer who has remained very close to her Miss Arizona USA family as a volunteer and supporter.
  • 2019 – ​Savannah Wix, 22, of Paradise Valley, a graduate of Pepperdine University and ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
  • 2020 – Yesenia Vidales, 24, of Phoenix, the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents who enjoys hiking, kickboxing and dancing.
  • 2021 – Cassidy Jacks, 27, of Phoenix, a recent a cast member on Farmer Wants A Wife.
  • 2022 – Isabel Ticlo, 28, of Phoenix is Miss Arizona USA 2022, a Doctor of Physical Therapy student and former Miss Arizona.
  • 2023 – Candace Kanavel, 27, of Tempe is Miss AZ USA 2023, the first policewoman to compete at Miss USA.

Miss Arizona Teen USA

  • 2010 – Tori Vance, 18, of Ahwatukee.
  • 2011 – Molly Argue, 17, of Paradise Valley, a rising freshman at Pepperdine University during her reign, whose younger sister Olivia won the same title two years later.
  • 2012 – Alexa Zellers, 17, of Scottsdale, who attended Lindenwood University utilising her titleholder scholarship and was a member of the Lindenwood Lionettes dance team.
  • 2013 – Olivia Argue, 17, of Scottsdale, who, like her sister, went on to attend Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.
  • 2014 – Savannah Wix, 17, of Paradise Valley, a junior at Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix who created HeartStrings, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting music therapy for children.
  • 2015 – Neda Danilovic, 17, of Phoenix, a proud Serbian-American, involved in Serbian culture and traditions with her family.
  • 2016 – Tristany Hightower, 17, of Scottsdale, who has gone on to qualify as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy.
  • 2017 – Karly Riggs, 17, of Scottsdale, a fraternal twin who combined her love of sports and children by volunteering at The Miracle League of Arizona, helping children with disabilities play baseball.
  • 2018 – Macy Deak, 16, of Scottsdale, who was passionate about improving the representation of women in the media and also about heart health awareness.
  • 2019 – Jordan Waller, 17, of Peoria, who was was signed with the Ford RBA modelling agency in Arizona and EMG New York.
  • 2020 – Molly Schwanz​, 19, of Scottsdale, a freshman at ASU during her reign and a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. After a medical scare she became passionate about supporting children at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
  • 2021 – McKenzi Lindhag, 17, of Peoria, who started studying nursing at Arizona State University during her reign.
  • 2022 – MayaDenise Gaskin, 19, of Tucson, who grew up in California’s Bay Area and moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona’s School of Journalism.
  • 2023 – Peyton Stuewe, 18, of Goodyear, a former Miss Junior High School America who is a freshman at Grand Canyon University.
