Rachel Massie was Miss Arizona USA 2013

Rachel Massie, a 20 year old from Glendale, Arizona, is a model and certified laser technician. She is pursuing a business degree and dreams of owning her own spa.

During her high school years, Rachel was involved in DECA, an international association that teaches marketing, management, entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality, and customer service. She was also involved in FCCLA: Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. As a model, she has worked for Dillard’s, Nissan, Valley Ho Hotel, Go Gilbert Magazine, Mainstream Magazine, 1 Sol Swimwear, and Your Life A to Z.

Driven by her own mother’s struggle with Sjogren’s Syndrome, Rachel is currently working with the Sjogren’s Syndrome Foundation to raise awareness about the relatively unknown disorder, as well as develop a more effective method of diagnosing Sjogren’s.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys running in the mountains, biking the 30 mile green belt, mentoring children, traveling, and playing video games with her brothers.
