A native of Scottsdale, Macy Deak was crowned Miss Arizona Teen USA 2018 on 19 November 2017 and represented Arizona at the Miss Teen USA 2018 pageant in Shreveport, Louisiana. A sophomore at Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Macy was passionate about improving the representation of women in the media and also about heart health awareness. Her sister Darby also competed at Miss AZ Teen USA and Miss AZ USA. The same year that Macy won, Darby was third runner-up at Miss AZ USA.
