A proud resident of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Miss Oklahoma USA 2016 Taylor Gorton was raised under Friday night lights and was voted class personality. Upon graduating from Glenpool High School, she chose to combine the two and study broadcast journalism at Lindenwood University. Her college career opened many doors, including a spot as both a cheerleader and reporter in the NFL. During this time, she also took a six month internship at CBS News in New York City. The collision of these experiences, left Taylor with an increased desire to launch her concept-turned-company, Pink Door Productions last June. Her company sets out to close the female confidence gap by implementing savvy communication techniques and branding tactics.
