A native of Charlotte, Laura Little placed first runner-up to Cheslie Kryst at Miss North Carolina USA 2019 and assumed the title in April 2019 after Cheslie won Miss USA. At the time of her reign, Laura was the longest running intern at Seacrest Studios at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC hosting her own weekly radio show for over 200+ patients and families. She had been a competitive dancer for 12 years and a cheerleader for seven. Laura later married professional tennis player Jack Sock.
Miss North Carolina USA 2019 Laura Little is 23 years old and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and attends the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She has been a competitive dancer for 12 years and a cheerleader for 7. Throughout her time as a dancer, she won multiple national awards at Encore, ShowStoppers, and Applause. She was named an All American Cheerleader for three consecutive years and was featured on ESPN as she was chosen to represent her state as a cheerleader at the Capital One Bowl.
Following her time as a competitive dancer, she cheered professionally for both the Charlotte Hornets Honeybees of the NBA and the Charlotte Checkers CheckMates of the AHL for 4 consecutive years. She was selected as the “Sideline Attraction Cheerleader” in the 2017 magazine for All pro-cheer. She now enjoys choreographing routines for other young aspiring dancers.
Laura is a nationally published model and travels the country to represent and shoot for clothing lines, brands, and companies. Most recently published in Pageantry Magazine, she provides content, interviews, and photos. Laura was selected from 3,000 girls to be the next Jovani Ambassador where she will continue to travel, model, and promote the Jovani Line. Laura and her sister Courtney were the faces of the Jovani/JVN prom line for the 2017/18 season. Now Laura can be seen on FOX/NBC in Victory Lane for Nascar and Supercross as she gets to travel the globe as a Monster Energy Model!
Laura is the longest running intern at Seacrest Studios at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC. She hosts her own weekly radio show for over 200+ patients and families. She has a passion for children and received the Presidential Community service award for her time spent at Levine.

Laura Little was officially crowned Miss North Carolina USA by Cheslie Kryst during an event in May 2020, attended by current and former RPM titleholders that doubled as a watch party for the The Bachelor final featuring Miss North Carolina USA 2018 Caelynn Miller-Keyes.
