A native of Colorado Springs, Alexis Glover was crowned Miss Colorado Teen USA on 23 October 2016 and represented Colorado at the Miss Teen USA 2017 pageant in Phoenix, Arizona. Inspired by her little brother, Alexis started a program called Literacy for Lifetime where she talks to kids about the importance of literacy.
Alexis Glover is a senior at Rampart High School where she is Varsity Cheer captain. After graduation, she has hopes of some day going to law school to achieve her goal of becoming an attorney. She is in multiple AP courses while being on the cheer team. Alexis has 2 younger siblings and one due at the end of March. As a family, they love to have family game night and watch movies together. Her little brother had a speech impediment when he was younger and it was their thing to work together as he overcame it. That gave Alexis the idea of starting a program called Literacy for Lifetime where she talks to kids about the importance of literacy. Since she grew up in Colorado with all the beautiful land, she loves to hike and hang out with her friends during her free time.
