Miss Colorado Teen USA 2010 was Courtney Carter, a senior at Mountain Range High School in Westminster, Colorado who was competing in her first pageant. Courtney later studied Mass Communications at Colorado Mesa University. She married in 2014 and is mum to two little boys.
Halloween may become one of Courtney Carter’s favorite holidays. Halloween weekend 2009 marked the start of a new chapter for Courtney who was crowned Miss Colorado Teen USA 2010. Courtney competed against 52 other amazing teens for the Colorado title.
Courtney is a senior at Mountain Range High School in Westminster, Colorado, and will graduate in May of 2010. She is currently applying to colleges and looks forward to pursuing the next chapter in her life. The sky’s the limit for Courtney, and while she explores her career path options, she ultimately hopes that she inspires others to be their best.The 2010 pageant was Courtney’s first pageant experience. She applied to compete in the pageant less than two months prior to the big day. At 18-years old, Courtney has a competitive spirit and has been competing in swimming, lacrosse, and soccer for many years. When Courtney is not participating in sports, working, or spending time with her family of six, she enjoys looking for opportunities to give back to the community she loves. Some of her favorite things to do include hanging out with friends, practicing yoga, shopping and snow skiing.
