A native of Morgantown, Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2014 Lexsey Marrara represented West Virginia at the Miss Teen USA 2014 pageant at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas where she made the top 15, the first time West Virginia had made the cut three years in a row. Lexsey has used her experience as a Special Education Assistant in her high school to make a difference in her community, authoring a children’s book to reach out to elementary and middle school students across West Virginia and spread her message of compassion.
