A native of Spencer, Miss West Virginia USA 2018 Casey Lassiter represented West Virginia at the Miss USA 2018 pageant in Shreveport, Louisiana. Casey has a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Marietta College and plans to attend graduate school to become a physician assistant. A supporter of women’s health, her goal is to one day specialize in obstetrics and gynecology, providing services to women in rural West Virginia.
