A native of Charles Town, Charlotte Bellotte was crowned Miss West Virginia USA on 27 October 2020 and represented West Virginia at the Miss USA 2020 pageant in Memphis, Tennessee. She has worked as a Research Assistant for the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources.
Charlotte is a Research Assistant for the United States Senate Committee on Energy and Natural resources. From Charles Town, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and New Media from Shepherd University and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications. She graduated in the top 10% of her undergraduate and graduate classes with a 3.9 GPA. Charlotte spent one semester studying abroad in Grenoble, France. A certified yoga instructor, she enjoys traveling, learning photography and hiking through state parks in West Virginia.
