Top 10 2012
A native of Denham Springs, Bailey Hidalgo was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen USA on 27 October 2012 and represented Louisiana at the Miss Teen USA 2013 pageant at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2013 Bailey Hidalgo is a freshman at Denham Springs High School. She keeps herself busy with school, volleyball, modeling, working out, and working as athletic trainer for the football team. After graduating from Denham Springs High School, she plans to study pediatric medicine, a career that has been a long time goal because of her deep love for children. As Miss Louisiana Teen USA, Bailey looks forward to traveling, making new friends, and educating the youth about her platform, “Kids for Kops,” a cause close to her heart because her dad is a Baton Rouge police officer. “Kids for Kops” is an education program geared towards educating children about the many ways law enforcement officers help them and their families everyday.
Bailey would like to talk to youth around the state about bullying and peer pressure. She also hopes to be an outstanding role model to her peers and let them know that no dream is ever too big, set your goals and follow through with them.
