A native of Bridgeport, Tiffany Teixeira was crowned Miss Connecticut USA on 15 November 2015 and represented Connecticut at the Miss USA 2016 pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tiffany works as a nurse practitioner at Yale-New Haven hospital.

2016 bio:
Tiffany Teixeira is the daughter of Antonio Teixeira of Bridgeport. She is a graduate of Central Magnet High School and Quinnipiac University and works as an ICU nurse at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Her career ambition is to further her career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse by obtaining her Doctorates in Nursing Practice and specializing in Anesthesia.
Tiffany enjoys traveling, walking her three-pound Chihuahua (Ivy) along the beach, working on cars with her Dad on the weekend, bikram yoga, and working out.
Her school and community activities include: Alianza Americana Women’s Foundation in Nicaragua; Assisted with multiple flu clinics, providing free flu shots to the surrounding community Magnet; and holding Health Programs promoting health care within the community.
