2nd runner-up Miss California USA 2019, Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2013 (Semi-finalist at Miss Teen USA)
A native of Honolulu, Samantha Neyland was crowned Miss Hawaii USA on 10 November 2019 and represented Hawaii at the Miss USA 2020 pageant in Memphis, Tennessee. Samantha is a successful model and actress and runs her own pageant coaching business.
Samantha was a Senior at Moanalua High School when she was crowned Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2013 and went on to place in the top 15 at Miss Teen USA. During her reign, she made several appearances and speeches at military community events, hosted “Brown Bags to Stardom” a local cable show dedicated to helping the youth of Hawaii, and volunteered with The American Red Cross, The Hawaiian Humane Society, and other local charities.
Using her teen title to kickstart her career, Samantha now works as a successful model and actress. Most recently, she appeared on an episode of Magnum P.I. and in an international campaign for Maui Jim sunglasses. Her program, Time to Talk Hawaii, was designed to help teens learn how to communicate effectively in social and professional environments.
