A native of Wailuku, Noelani DeNisi was crowned Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2023 on 15 January 2023 and will represent Hawaii at the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant. She is the first winner from Maui since 2016, and her platform is eating disorder awareness and body acceptance.
