A native of Bonaire, Denim Lovett was crowned Miss Georgia Teen USA 2023 on 19 November 2022 and represented Georgia at Miss Teen USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada. Denim is a junior at the University of North Georgia, majoring in communications. She has taken on multiple leadership roles, including organizing for the Special Olympics, basketball, and being a community liaison for the National Science Honors Society. As the CEO and founder of Involvement Counts, Denim is passionate about lowering the high school dropout rate.
Miss Georgia Teen USA 2023 Denim Lovett is a Georgia native and currently resides in Bonaire, Georgia. Denim is a sophomore at the University of North Georgia where she is majoring in nursing. Throughout her school career, Denim has held many leadership positions including being an organizer for the Special Olympics, a varsity basketball player, the community liaison for the National Science honors society, a member of FCCLA, and member of FFA, and the CEO and founder of her own organization Involvement Counts.
Denim is very passionate about lowering the high school dropout rate and is doing so through her organization. She has been able to speak to over 7,000 students about the importance of being involved and what that involvement can do for them graduation wise! Denim hopes to one day eradicate the number of 1.9 million high school dropouts in the nation to 0, and she is excited to use her title as Miss Georgia Teen USA to shed light on the cause and continue with her mission!
Denim is very determined and believes that with hard work, dedication, and a servant’s heart you can achieve anything! She is excited for this year and hopes to make a long-lasting impact with her title! Denim is excited, humbled, and ready to represent the state of Georgia at Miss Teen USA!
