A native of North Granby, Samantha Sojka was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA on 5 December 2010 and represented Connecticut at the Miss Teen USA 2011 pageant in the Bahamas.
Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2011 Samantha Sojka is currently attending Rhode Island College where she is an honor roll student, the Yearbook Vice President and a field hockey state champion. Samantha’s career ambition is to become a Public Relations Specialist. She describes herself as classy, outgoing, and generous. Some of her hobbies include Women On the Way, Dance Apprentice Company, Youth Action Council, Sigma Iota Theta Sorority, Drama Club and Nutmeg’s Dance and Theater Company.
