Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2019 (1st runner-up at Miss Teen USA)
A native of Minot, Caitlyn Vogel was crowned Miss North Dakota USA on 24 April 2021. At the Miss USA 2021 pageant she became one of only two women, both from North Dakota, to place first runner-up at both Miss Teen USA and Miss USA. Caitlyn has a nursing degree from Minot State University and has created a program providing one-on-one friendships among differently-abled individuals.
As a senior in high school, Caitlyn founded a nonprofit organization, Limitless, and hosts an annual Limitless Fashion Show providing one-on-one friendships among differently-abled individuals, supporting local businesses, empowering each model, and showcasing their beauty and abilities. In addition to Limitless, Caitlyn volunteers with as many organizations as she is able- ranking in nearly 700 hours of community service in the past 5 years.
Now 21 years old, Caitlyn is obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Minot State University. Along with schooling and walking her two 60 lb. golden doodles, Caitlyn models locally and nationally with designers like Rachel Allan and Sherri Hill.
As Miss North Dakota USA, Caitlyn will spread her message of inclusion across the state. You will see her in schools, at gala’s, dances, and parades. Caitlyn is excited & humbled to wear “North Dakota” across her heart at the national Miss USA competition in Tulsa, OK this November. She wants to extend her gratitude to all of you for your love and support in her pageant journey.
