A native of Minot, Berkley Lundeen was crowned Miss North Dakota Teen USA on 1 May 2022 and represented North Dakota at the Miss Teen USA pageant in Reno, Nevada. Berkley began advocating for people with diverse needs because her little sister has a rare chromosome disorder. Her journey of advocacy has shown her the need for inclusion within her community which inspired her to begin a pilot program to promote inclusive classroom environments throughout Minot Public Schools.
Born and raised in Minot, North Dakota, Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2022Â Berkley Lundeen is an active leader in her community. She attended Bishop Ryan Catholic School where she served as president of the National Honor Society and senior class president. As a varsity athlete in basketball, volleyball and track, Berkley knows the importance, lessons and values sports can add to all aspects of life. She plans to lead by example and show the youth these lessons while encouraging them to be active themselves. In addition to high school extracurriculars, she is on the board of Limitless, a local nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities.
Coming from a large family of eight, Berkley is very family oriented. She began advocating for people with diverse needs because her little sister has a rare chromosome disorder, and she knows firsthand the capabilities, beauty, and potential people with any kind of disability have. Her journey of advocacy has shown her the need for inclusion within her community. This inspired her to begin a pilot program, coming in spring 2023, to promote inclusive classroom environments throughout Minot Public Schools.

Berkley’s next venture is continuing her education at the University of North Dakota to pursue a marketing degree with a minor in finance while simultaneously preparing for the Miss Teen USA stage! She is thankful for all the opportunities that have and continue to come with this title.
