A native of Franklin Furnace, Kylan Darnell was crowned Miss Ohio Teen USA on 21 May 2022 and represented Ohio at the Miss Teen USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Kylan is a freshman at the University of Alabama where she quickly gained a worldwide presence for her Bama Rush tiktok videos. She is majoring in news media and minoring in sports broadcasting and has cited successful sports broadcasters Allie LaForce and Erin Andrews as her career role models.

2022 bio:

Miss Ohio Teen USA 2022 Kylan Darnell is a graduate of the Wheelersburg High School.  Having received scholarship offers from Yale and the University of Alabama, Kylan decided to head south to Tuscalooa to study sports broadcasting. She soon gained a worldwide presence for her Bama Rush tiktok videos, joining Zeta and teaching all of us to “Have a great day, not just a good day!”.
