A native of Cincinnati, Hannah Marie Klein was crowned Miss Ohio USA 2025 in July 2025 and will represent Ohio at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Hannah is a model, cosplayer, equestrian, creator, and a healthcare advocate. Hannah holds four degrees, including a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.

As Miss Ohio USA 2025, Hannah is keen on using her voice for healthcare reforms and a voice for those navigating complex medical journeys. And, as a Heterotaxy Syndrome survivor defying the odds, she wears her 8.5-inch scar as a badge of resilience, strength, and purpose. Her story is living proof that courage can rewrite the odds and now she hopes to use her story to inspire others to turn their pain into power and confidence
