A native of Ozark, Mailyn Marsh was crowned Miss Missouri Teen USA on 11 May 2025 and will represent Missouri at the Miss Teen USA 2025 pageant. Mailyn is passionate about education and empowering young women and advocates for period poverty, organising and promoting menstrual product donation drives. She is the daughter of former Miss Kansas Teen USA and Miss Kansas USA Amanda Carraway.
Mailyn Marsh is a proud honors student at Ozark High School, where she exemplifies leadership, compassion, and academic excellence. She currently serves as President of the Kindness Club and is an active member of eight additional organizations, including Student Council, YEPO, FCA, Key Club, and HOSA—where she was the first student from her high school to qualify for state competition and placed 4th overall. A champion for education and sustainability, Mailyn is also the reigning State Champion for Educators Rising, recognized for her impactful presentation on the harmful effects of fast fashion.
Outside of school, Mailyn works at her beloved Cassidy Station at Estes Farms in Ozark and is also a member of the varsity tennis team. She is passionate about advocating for menstrual equity and works closely with The Diaper Bank of the Ozarks to lead donation drives, helping ensure young women don’t miss school or work due to lack of access to essential hygiene products.
Mailyn’s long-term goal is to become a board-certified dermatologist, and she’s already laying the foundation by maintaining a 4.0 GPA and taking AP courses. Grounded in her faith, she strives to live by example—treating others with kindness, serving her community, and using her voice to uplift and empower. As Miss Missouri Teen USA, Mailyn is honored to continue her service on a larger stage, inspire the next generation of confident, capable young women, and proudly represent Missouri on the national Miss Teen USA stage this fall.
