A native of Barnhart, an outer suburb of St Louis, Madison Beck was crowned Miss Missouri Teen USA on 21 May 2023 and will represent Missouri at Miss Teen USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada.  This was Madison’s first time competing in the USA system, but she has previously been a titleholder in the Miss High School America and America’s National Miss pageants.  She has a fraternal twin sister.
