A native of Natchez who currently lives in Madison, Claire Ulmer was crowned Miss Mississippi Teen USA on 1 April 2023 and will represent Mississippi in the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant. Claire will attend the University of Mississippi in the fall and plans to go into sports broadcasting. She and her sister Maggie placed in the top five of the Teen and Miss pageants respectively in both 2022 and 2023.
