Miss Maine Teen USA 2025, Jazmine Raine Werner, is a vibrant and accomplished 17-year-old who is honored to represent her beautiful home state at the upcoming Miss Teen USA pageant. Passionate about dance, modeling, and community service, Jazmine Raine is using her platform to raise awareness for her organization, the Foster Friends Foundation.

Jazmine Raine is a top nationally ranked, competitive, and classically trained dancer. She trains intensively at Dance Enthusiasm, where her dedication has earned her numerous accolades. She is the proud recipient of the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix Hope Award and has held titles with leading national competitions, including Showstopper Grand Champion and Dancers, Inc. Titleist. Jazmine has repeatedly placed in the Top 10 and Top 20 dancers in the nation, at both The Dance Awards and New York City Dance Alliance. Beyond performing, she also enjoys teaching and choreographing for young dancers. Her favorite style of dance is precision jazz. Jazmine Raine’s dream is to become a Radio City Rockette!

A professional model since the age of 10, Jazmine Raine’s fusion of dance and modeling has made her a standout in the dancewear industry. She has modeled for top brands including Just Dance Customs, LA Dance Designs, Hamilton Designs, and currently serves as a model, ambassador, and designer for Tiger Friday. She values the creativity and camaraderie of the Tiger Friday team and is proud to have three original designs currently on the market, with her next launch scheduled for this fall.

Academically driven, Jazmine Raine is a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with high honors from Connections Academy High School in just three years. She continues to challenge herself academically also taking Advanced Placement courses at her local high school and will be taking the AP exams. A strong advocate for inclusion, Jazmine Raine studies American Sign Language and has a deep appreciation for Deaf culture. She shares this passion by performing music in ASL at retirement homes and community events; her most treasured performance was participating in the presentation of the National Anthem with the Sounds of Silence, at a Boston Red Sox game.

Jazmine co-founded the Foster Friends Foundation with her older brother, inspired by their younger sister, who was adopted. The foundation was started in 2022, with donations across New England. The foundation provides new socks and shoes to children in the foster care system, with a goal of collecting an additional 100 pairs of shoes this year. Through her title, Jazmine Raine hopes to promote this cause and raise awareness about the needs of youth in foster care.

She is grateful to the Clemente Organization for welcoming her into the Miss USA community and extends heartfelt thanks to her family, friends, and especially the KP Consulting Team for their invaluable training and mentorship. Taking a gap year, Jazmine Raine is focusing on her passions—advancing her dance training, expanding her modeling career, and most importantly, continuing her volunteer work and advocacy through the Foster Friends Foundation.
