A native of Bloomington, Lexi Gryszowka was crowned Miss Indiana Teen USA on 26 July 2021 and represented Indiana at the Miss Teen USA 2021 pageant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lexi was a senior in high school during her reign, and a member of the National Honor Society, Sounds of South, a competitive dancer for One Step Above, and ran for her school track team.
