A resident of Clarksville, Samantha Toney was crowned Miss Indiana USA on 10 April 2022 and represented Indiana at the Miss USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Sammy had competed six times prior to her win, including placing first runner-up three times in a row. She is a former cheerleader for the Indianapolis Colts.
