Victoria Cuartas is Miss Rhode Island USA 2026 and will represent Rhode Island at the Miss USA 2026 pageant in Miami. A daughter of immigrant parents, Victoria is the coordinator of undergraduate programs at Brown University. She holds degrees from Providence College and Salve Regina University, including a doctorate in philosophy and humanities, where her research explored femininity, womanhood, and gender identity.
