A native of Providence, Brianna Vega was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA on 25 May 2025 and will represent Rhode Island at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Brianna is currently a Registered Nurse specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Personal Trainer, and is dedicated to supporting women’s health. She is proud of her Dominican and Puerto Rican roots.
Brianna Vega is 28 years old, born and raised in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island. On May 25th, 2025, with her family, friends and extended family cheering her on, her wildest dream of becoming Miss Rhode Island USA became a reality. Born into a vibrant Dominican and Puerto Rican family, her roots have instilled a great sense of pride for her community. After graduating from Classical High School, Brianna went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Science of Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2019.
Brianna is currently a Registered Nurse specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Personal Trainer. While combining her medical background and fitness knowledge, Brianna is dedicated to supporting women’s health. She strives to create spaces where women feel strong, confident, and supported.
The women who have mentored Brianna paved the way for her to reach her fullest potential. Now, she is dedicated to do the same for other young women. As a Big Sister of Rhode Island, she is able to fuel her passions for mentorship, connection and community. Brianna believes every young girl deserves a voice to guide, support, and uplift them through every obstacle of life. With the title of Miss Rhode Island USA, she is excited to elevate mentorship in our communities.
