A native of Providence, Miss Rhode Island USA 2014 Christina Palavra represented Rhode Island at the Miss USA 2014 pageant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Christina is a graduate of St Mary Academy–Bay View where she was the two-year captain of the volleyball team, as well as competing in basketball, lacrosse and softball. She now attends and plays for the University of Rhode Island, where she is majoring in Elementary and Special Education.
Miss Rhode Island USA 2014 Christina Palavra is a 2012 graduate of St Mary Academy Bay View (two years behind fellow Bay View alum Olivia Culpo) where she was the two-year captain of the volleyball team, as well as competing in basketball, lacrosse and softball. She now attends and plays for the University of Rhode Island, where she is majoring in Elementary and Special Education. She enjoys eating, talking, writing, fashion, wakeboarding, adventures, animals, laughing and making other people laugh.
