A native of ​Hazlehurst, DeAnna Johnson was crowned Miss Georgia USA on 19 November 2016 and represented Georgia at the Miss USA 2017 pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada. DeAnna is an acomplished singer who made the top 10 on The Voice. She works closely with an organization in her state, Georgia Cares, which helps victims of childhood sex trafficking begin to heal and thrive.
Miss Georgia USA 2017 DeAnna Johnson is a native of Hazlehurst in Jeff Davis County. She is a 21-year-old aspiring designer who loves art and music. She was a Top 10 finalist on the hit NBC show, “The Voice” and played basketball and volleyball throughout high school. She believes in living life fearlessly and is passionate about aiding in the fight against childhood sex trafficking. Johnson works closely with an organization in her state, Georgia Cares, which helps victims of childhood sex trafficking begin to heal and thrive. DeAnna Johnson is making the most out of her time as Miss Georgia USA 2017 and is incredibly thankful to travel the state changing lives along the way.
