A native of Lithonia, Noelle Hughley was crowned Miss Georgia Teen USA on 23 November 2013 and represented Georgia at the Miss Teen USA 2014 pageant in the Bahamas. Noelle volunteers with Wellspring Living, an organization committed to helping girls and young women who have been sexually exploited. She is also a member of the Beautiful U organization, where she mentors young girls and teenagers to help build their confidence and self-esteem.
Miss Georgia Teen USA 2014 Noelle Hughley is a recent graduate of Arabia Mountain High School where she was captain of the marching band dance team, a varsity cheerleader, a member of the chess club, and a varsity soccer player. Noelle was also an honor roll student, member of the Beta Club, an Arabia Mountain student ambassador, and a member of the Senior Action Committee, which is the voice of the seniors. She plans on attending the University of Georgia, Howard University or Louisiana State University and major in Broadcast Journalism. Her goal is to obtain a Bachelor’s degree and pursue her dream of becoming a news reporter and later a news anchor for a major television network.
A few of Noelle’s other accomplishments include Debutante for the Delta Sigma Theta Stone Mountain-Lithonia Alumni Chapter; Arabia News Network Anchor; Summer 2010 graduate of Actors, Models & Talent for Christ (AMTC); studying acting at The Company Acting Studio in Atlanta for two years; modeling locally in fashion shows for Dillards, Macys and Cache; and All American Cheerleader. Additionally, Noelle enjoyed attending the University of Georgia’s Journalism Academy the last two summers, where she was a field reporter, interviewing guests for the Academy’s broadcasted segments.

Recently, Noelle was a guest host on the Dee Armstrong Show in Columbus, Georgia. On the show, Noelle was able to explore her love of baking with Dee, as well as discuss her road to obtaining the Miss Georgia Teen USA 2014 crown. This was Noelle’s second time as a guest on the show.
In her spare time, Noelle loves baking, rock climbing, giving back to her community, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. Noelle plans to spend the year raising awareness on hazing and bullying.
