Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2019 Jaclyn Davis is the first contestant to compete twice in the same state pageant season and win! (the rules changed in 2019 to allow this). She is a freshman at Towson University majoring in psychology. Jaclyn’s dream job is to become a school psychologist so she can help eliminate the stigma associated with mental illnesses. Jaclyn works with this cause daily as a One Love Facilitator, sharing her story of surviving a mentally abusive relationship while educating teens on healthy relationships. This 19-year-old is a Disney fanatic who believes in the value of pushing for progress in society, having the courage to overcome life’s challenges and the magic of pursuing your dreams.
