A native of Jonesboro who currently lives in Little Rock, Olivia Halsey was crowned Miss Arkansas USA on 13 April 2025 and will represent Arkansas at Miss USA 2025. Olivia is a recent graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Olivia is currently serving in the Arkansas Governor’s Office, which inspired her platform., “Beyond the Ballot.” Olivia’s platform encourages active participation in civic life beyond voting. Olivia hopes to use her voice and her title to inspire others to be active participants in their communities at every level.
Olivia Halsey is a proud Jonesboro native now residing in Little Rock, Arkansas. A passionate advocate for community engagement, Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Arkansas. Olivia received her Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in May of 2025.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with friends and family. As Miss Arkansas USA, she is dedicated to representing every Arkansan and empowering others to pursue their dreams and strive to be the best version of themselves.
