A native of Ozark, Rylie Wagner was crowned Miss Arkansas USA on 10 April 2022 and represented Arkansas at the Miss USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. As a victim of an attempted kidnapping, Rylie is very passionate about advocating for victims and victims rights. She has partnered with Arkansas Tech Campus Security and hosted Safety Nights on campus and hopes to reach more women across Arkansas and the United States, educating them on the importance of safety and awareness.
Rylie Wagner was born and raised in Arkansas. She is a Senior at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville majoring in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in Business. She received an Associates Degree in Business Management from Arkansas Tech University where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. Rylie is proud to be the first female in her family to obtain a college degree.
Rylie is a part time sales associate at Wander Boutique. She assists small business develop and grow by creating content and promoting them on social media. She enjoys modeling for Sherri Hill, Rachel Allen, Wander Boutique, and Shop Impressions Online Boutique.Her career goal is to become a merchandising buyer for a major department store or franchise while working towards designing her own sustainable fashion line.
Rylie is very passionate about advocating for victims and victims rights. As a victim of an attempted kidnapping she hopes to reach more women across Arkansas and the United States educating them on the importance of safety and awareness. She believes her story can potentially save lives. Rylie proposed Arkansas House Bill 1576 before the Arkansas State Legislature requiring the redaction or sealing of crime victims information and provide the removal of public information. She has partnered with Arkansas Tech Campus Security and hosted Safety Nights on campus.
Rylie has been awarded Numerous Community Service Awards. She is an avid volunteer for numerous non profit organizations and is a member of the Red Cross.She is a volunteer at Hub of Hope where she helps create social media content, helps survivors heal, raises awareness, and promotes safety to prevent and end Human trafficking.As Miss Arkansas USA, Rylie wants to continue to use her voice and share her story to make an impact on women all over. She wants to be a light to others and show them that the adversity they may face does not define them and that they can overcome and achieve anything.

Rylie was third runner-up at Miss Arkansas Teen USA 2019 and then moved up to the Miss division, finishing as a non-finalist in 2020 and semi-finalist and swimsuit winner in 2021.
