Nine Miss Indiana Teen USA titleholders have competed at Miss USA, all representing their home state. The most successful at Miss USA was Kelly Lloyd (93), one of only a few contestants to make the top five at both Miss Teen USA and Miss USA. Kelly is also well known for being one of a small group of Triple Crown winners who has competed at Miss Teen USA, Miss USA and Miss America.
