A native of Arlington, Miss Virginia USA Justus Kelley won the Miss USA 2026 title on 27 August 2026. Justus holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University and serves as a senior philanthropic adviser at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She also founded Foster Footprints, which supports foster youth and their families. She is the first married woman and foster mother to win the title in the modern era of Miss USA.

Justus competed five times across Virginia and the District of Columbia before winning, most recently placing second runner-up to Kennedy Lucas at Miss DC USA 2026. She was a two-time runner-up at Miss Virginia USA.
