A native of Summerville, Leah Scarmeas was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen USA in September 2025 and will represent South Carolina at the Miss Teen USA 2025 pageant. Leah hopes her journey to the crown resonates with other military children across Berkeley County and her state. Her program Rooted in Service, focuses on empowering military children to thrive.
