A native of Garner, Madison Walker was crowned Miss North Carolina Teen USA on 6 March 2021 and represented North Carolina at the Miss Teen USA 2021 pageant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During her reign she was a senior at Cary Academy where she was a Varsity 3-Sport Athlete for Field Hockey, Cheerleading, Track and Field and a former competitive dancer. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2024.
Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2021 Madison Walker is a high school senior attending Cary Academy in Cary, NC where she is a Varsity 3-Sport Athlete for Field Hockey, Cheerleading, Track and Field; an All-Conference Athlete; Athlete of the Year; 2018 & 2019 World Cheerleading Champion on Cheer Extreme SSX All-Girl team; 13-year All-Star Competitive Cheerleader; and a former competitive dancer.
She’s the Co-President of Students against Destructive Decisions; Health and Fitness Discovery Term Leader; Key Club Service Coordinator; Christian Fellowship Teen Advisor; and Curator of the school magazine. She’s earned the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award; Girl Scout Silver Award; Presidential Honor Roll Awards; and National Society of High School Scholars Award.
She’s held the titles of 2017 Miss Greater Sandhill’s Outstanding Teen; 2018 Miss Garner’s Outstanding Teen; 2017 & 2018 Miss North Carolina Outstanding Teen Semi Finalist; 2019 Varsity Fashionista Finalist; 2019 Jovan-It Girl Semi Finalist; 2019 Miss Teen World North Carolina and Miss Teen World America 2019.
