Semi-finalist Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2017, Semi-finalist 2016
A native of Minnesota with lifelong ties to the Sunflower State, Elyse Noe was a student at at the University of Kansas when she won Miss Kansas USA 2022, graduating with a degree in journalism one week after she captured the title. She represented Kansas at the Miss USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. She is a passionate advocate for women and men of all ages who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma.
Elyse is honored to represent the Sunflower State. Her family has one of the oldest family farms in the entire state of Kansas. Elyse has fond memories of visiting her family farm as a child and is incredibly humbled to be representing her state and her family’s roots. It is over 150 years old and is in Lecompton, Kansas.
Elyse graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in journalism one week after she captured the title of Miss Kansas USA. She has worked as a sports reporter and head entertainment anchor. Elyse takes pride in the art of storytelling and keeping the highest level of integrity. She has been able to advance her sports reporting with the Atlanta Falcons and GALvanize organization.
Elyse is an alumna of Alpha Chi Omega. During her time as an active member of the Phi chapter at the University of Kansas, she served as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and inclusion committee. She also served in a leadership and mentoring role in the Panhellenic community on campus.

Elyse is passionate about advocating for women and men of all ages who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma. As a survivor of sexual abuse at a young age, Elyse understands the importance of providing proper resources to survivors of sexual violence. Elyse mentors young women who have experienced sexual violence and provides recovery skills and resources. Although the road to healing is not linear, Elyse hopes that her story can help others see that you can overcome anything.
