A native of Louisville, Lizzy Neutz was crowned Miss Kentucky USA on 26 March 2022 and represented Kentucky at the Miss USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Lizzy co-owns Advent Home Buyers and is the founder of Empowering Women for the Future, a local non-profit. She has been involved in everything from single and multifamily investing to creative financing.
