A native of Cupertino, Kylie Chang was crowned Miss California USA 2025 in August 2025 and will represent California at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. The first East-Asian woman to win the Miss California USA title, Kylie is a a UC Berkeley student at the prestigious Haas School of Business, where she is minoring in Public Policy and preparing to launch her career in corporate tax at Deloitte.

With ambitions to attend law school and ultimately become a partner, she hopes to channel international law into global advocacy as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, working to expand youth education worldwide. From gracing the runway at New York Fashion Week with Miss Universe designer Giannina Azar to starring in Los Angeles Fashion Week’s Adidas Originals campaign, Kylie brings each designer’s vision to life through self-expression and artistic movement. A former competitive dancer turned fashion model, she proudly champions the arts and cultural representation.
