A native of Dearborn, Rima Fakih represented Michigan at the Miss USA 2010 pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she became Michigan’s third Miss USA and the first Arab-American titleholder. In 2018, Rima became the director of the Miss Lebanon Universe Organization. She is a member of the Board of Directors for World Food Program USA and has worked with numerous organisations in the United States and in Lebanon devoted to providing assistance for women and children, including raising over $1.2 million in aid after the tragic August 4th explosion that occurred in Beirut. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, music executive and talent manager Wassim Slaiby, and their four children.
Rima was a non-finalist at Miss Universe 2010, held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on 23 August 2010.
