A native of Garden City, Miss Michigan USA 2019 Alyse Madej represented Michigan at the Miss USA 2019 pageant in Reno, Nevada. As the North American spokesperson for Alfa Romeo & Maserati, Alyse Madej races her way through the country showcasing automotive products to media outlets and consumers. She also runs her own business providing marketing strategies to major automotive companies.

As a survivor of depression and suicide, this 26-year-old advocates for mental health awareness by sharing stories of confidence, kindness and postivity to underprivileged schools in Michigan. Alyse plans to visit at least 50 schools by the end of her reign to share her message of perseverance. If she takes home the title of Miss USA, Alyse will continue to advocate for mental health awareness and teach the world about the gift of kindness.
