Noelia Voigt was crowned Miss Utah USA on 8 July 2023 and will represent Utah at the Miss USA pageant. A native of Florida who has lived in Alabama and now resides in Salt Lake City, Noelia works as an interior designer.

Noelia started her pageant journey in Florida, placing fourth runner-up in 2017 and 1st runner-up in 2018.  She placed first runner-up a further two times in Alabama, in 2022 and 2023, before winning the Miss Utah USA title.
