Maddie Jonely assumed the Miss Utah USA 2022 title in March 2023 when previous titleholder Elisabeth Bradley-Gandara resigned.  Although she will not compete at Miss USA, she has made the most of her four month reign and will be able to return to compete later should she choose to.  Maddie has a BS in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and work as a victim advocate at a domestic violence shelter.

2022 bio:

Miss Utah USA 2022 Maddie Jonely was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and recently graduated with her BS in Criminal Justice from Weber State University. She is currently working as a domestic violence Victim Advocate at a domestic violence shelter. She hopes to be working in her desired field as a Crime Scene Investigator soon. She loves traveling and working for brands like Monster Energy and Reign Body Fuel.

Maddie also works closely with the One love Foundation as a relationship abuse advocate and shares her personal relationship story as a way of inspiring and assisting others in recognizing the signs of an unhealthy relationship.
