A native of Williamsport, Sydney Robertson was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA on 31 July 2021 and represented Pennsylvania at the Miss USA 2021 pageant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sydney, a professional model, is the first contestant to win Miss Congeniality at Miss Teen USA and Miss Photogenic at Miss USA.

Sydney placed second runner-up to Julia Belechak at Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2012 when she was only 14. She returned to win the 2014 pageant and placed second runner-up at Miss Teen USA 2014 in the Bahamas.
Her first year in the Miss division was Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 when she finished fourth runner-up to Victoria Piekut.
Sydney won both the Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic awards at both Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2014 and Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021 which I’m all but certain is a first and she was also the first contestant to win Miss Congeniality at Miss Teen USA and Miss Photogenic at Miss USA!
